Chris brings over 24 years experience to the industry and is a past president of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® and was the 2003 president of the NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. She holds the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN and RSPS designations and serves as president of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation. Christina, born and raised in the South, conveys a gentleness, sincerity and commitment that have gained her a reputation for going beyond the expected for every client. She has an optimism that encourages, supports, inspires and generates results.


Charity Clark McBride, ABR, GRI: Email: charity@chrisclemanssir.com; Charity has a strong family commitment to Cape May and involvement in the restoration of key historic buildings. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University and has over 14 years of real estate experience. Her success can be attributed to her strong work ethic and great concern for her clients. She received the GRI and ABR designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

Beverly brought with her over 25 years experience in rental management, a love of restoring vintage homes and a passion for decorating. This background has enabled Beverly to develop a real talent for understanding and assisting her clients with their vacation rental needs.

Joe and his wife have dedicated themselves to renovating and improving selected properties in Cape May since 1998. Joe's love of Cape May and respect for the architecture have enabled him to understand the local real estate market. Joe's attention to detail also benefits his customers and clients, whether buying, selling or renting. He has received the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

Frank's past careers have provided him an excellent array of professional and interpersonal skills enabling him to provide you the highest level of service. He has received the Resort and Second-home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS) from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.


Andrea (Andy) Moffatt, ABR, GRI: Email: andy@chrisclemanssir.com; Andy has been a resident of Cape May Point since 1998. She came to the area expecting to continue her career as a Registered Nurse, but real estate became her major focus. She has been with our office since receiving her real estate license and what remains of her nursing career is the sincere interest and attention that she gives to all of her clients. Andy is a Broker-Associate and has received the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and GRI designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Andy's sense of humor coupled with her "no nonsense" approach in getting things accomplished, assures that clients will achieve their desired results and have fun doing it.

His strong people skills and excellent work ethic help his clients accomplish their real estate goals. Having lived in the Cape May County area most of his adult life, Rock knows the Cape May and surrounding areas very well.

After becoming familiar with the area during a tour of duty with the U.S. Coast Guard and moved here permanently with his wife, Kathy, a teacher and their two daughters. During this time he developed an understanding of the needs of the year round resident and the desires of the second home and investment owners. Rich has developed his career with integrating modern technology to assist the new fast moving needs of clients. Rich has earned his GRI designation and has been a recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award.
