Chris brings over 30 years experience to the industry and is a past president of the Cape May County Association of REALTORS® and was the 2003 president of the NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. She holds the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN and RSPS designations and serves as president of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation.
Christina, born and raised in the South, conveys a gentleness, sincerity and commitment that have gained her a reputation for going beyond the expected for every client. She has an optimism that encourages, supports, inspires and generates results.
Charity R Clark, ABR, GRI
Charity has a strong family commitment to Cape May and involvement in the restoration of key historic buildings. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University and has over 23 years of real estate experience. Her success can be attributed to her strong work ethic and great concern for her clients. She is a Broker-Associate and has received the GRI and ABR designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
A graduate of Cabrini College, Jane has over twenty nine years experience in real estate. As a former teacher by profession she has successfully blended those skills and her real estate expertise into a working relationship that benefits all of her clients. Her patience, wit, and pride in accomplishments bring confidence to both clients and peers.
Andrea Moffatt, ABR, GRI
Andy has been a resident of Cape May Point since 1998. She came to the area expecting to continue her career as a Registered Nurse, but real estate became her major focus. She has been with our office since receiving her real estate license and what remains of her nursing career is the sincere interest and attention that she gives to all of her clients. Andy is a Broker-Associate and has received the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and GRI designations from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Andy’s sense of humor coupled with her “no nonsense” approach in getting things accomplished, assures that clients will achieve their desired results and have fun doing it.
Ellen M. Shaw, GRI, SRES
Ellen M. Shaw, GRI has been practicing Real Estate since 1998 and has a strong commitment to client service. Ellen has worked in many different market conditions, and works consistently to ensure that buyers and sellers have the information they need to achieve their goals. Ellen has achieved the level of Broker-Associate and received the Graduate, Realtor Institute Designation as a result of a commitment to continuing education. Ellen has a fondness for old houses, which makes Cape May her perfect venue. Ellen remains committed to representing her clients as she herself would like to be represented.
Janet Sheffer Kerney
Janet has been a part of the Cape May community for over forty years. With an education background, Janet is retired after several years of teaching and 18 years as Director of Alumnae Relations for Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton. Selling real estate is not foreign to her as she was a sales agent for WK Studdiford in Trenton, NJ before starting her family in the early 70s.With her local knowledge and strong people skills, Janet looks forward to welcoming every client with great energy, warmth and kindness.

Continuing my Real Estate education is of the utmost importance to me. I have earned the following designations and certifications from the National Association of Realtors, so I can best serve you: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and SRS (Seller’s Representative Specialist). I also chair the Education Committee, and serve on the Community Outreach Committee of our local Cape May County Board of Realtors.
Along with the Lower Township Delaware Bay community, I also am active throughout Cape May County, including Cape May, Cape May Point, West Cape May, Cape May Court House, Del Haven, Dennisville, and the Wildwoods.
Born and raised on the south shore of New York’s Long Island, I have had the pleasure of living all over the country including Ketchikan, Alaska; San Juan, Puerto Rico; West Hampton Beach, NY; Honolulu, Hawaii; Keokuk, Iowa; and Cape May, NJ.
After spending years living in some of the country’s most beautiful settings, first as an active duty Coast Guard member, later as a military spouse “I loved every move and looked forward each time to making a new home for my family. We have lived in nine completely different settings and the challenge of transforming even the drabbest military quarters into a lovely home has been fun and exciting.” Now settled in the Cape May area I love helping others find their dream home.
Cherie B Hanscomb, GRI
Cherie is a Cape May County native with deep roots in Cape May that date back to the 1700’s. Growing up at the shore (Wildwood Crest), her knowledge of the area is extensive.
A graduate of Arizona State University, she brings to Chris Clemans Sotheby’s, 26+ years of experience in the real estate industry as a former agent and co-owner of Hanscomb Realty in Cape May. Cherie holds a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors, a New Jersey Broker License and an additional degree from Atlantic Cape Community College in Paralegal Studies.
Cherie resides in the Higbee Beach area of Lower Township with a great love of area history, the outdoors and of course, the beach.

Shirley " Becki" Wilson
Becki is a long-time resident of Cape May County. She attended school in Cape May and also Lower Cape May Regional School. She continued her education at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Becki spent over 30 years as a Certified School Social Worker at Lower Cape May Regional Schools and as a social worker with the Division of Youth and Family Services.
After retiring in 2005, Becki began her career as a REALTOR®. She has worked in Cape May County for the last 5 years. She is co-owner, with Harriet Walcott, of a local staging business: The Creative Touch Home Stagers, LLC. With her 35 years of expertise in the areas of communication. Becki offers a unique skill set to each client in reaching their goal.
Becki is very involved with the community, both locally and on the State level. She is a commissioner on the Delaware River and Bay Authority. Some of her favorite organizations include the Center for Community Arts, Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts and Humanities, and Concerned Citizens of Whitesboro, Inc. Becki resides in Seaville, New Jersey.
Phil is a long time resident of Cape May, moving here with his family from the Philadelphia area in 1995. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia, PA. While living in Center City, Philadelphia, he renovated several homes during the period of gentrification of Northern Liberties. One property in particular, built during the Federal period, 1785-1815, was part of the Philadelphia Center City House Tour. Phil also served as landlord to several of his properties in the city which included management and maintenance of these homes and apartments.
For over twenty-five years, Phil has been working in the advertising business as a billboard artist and painter and later as an installer. In the meantime, he has been an artist in his own right. Several of his watercolors can be found at the Washington Street Gallery and in the homes of many residents of Cape May. He was a member of the Saint Barnabas Artists Group and participated in several of their annual shows. He was also a member of the Cape May County Art League. Phil has also been a long time member of the Cape May Tennis Club, perhaps spending too much time on the courts during the weekends.
Phil offers a variety of skills to the real estate business with experience in renovation of historic residences, his art and design education and background and his long experience of living and raising a family in the Cape May community. Phil resides in West Cape May.
Kristian McCullen, ePRO, SFR
Kristian is a longtime resident of the Cape May area. She had studied both business administration and psychology at Rowan University. She received her real estate license in 2005 and has worked full time as the Broker’s Executive Assistant and Marketing Director since joining Chris Clemans Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008. Her knowledge and pursuance of continuing education along with utilizing the latest technology assists her in providing the best service to her clients. Kristian has received both the ePro and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certifications from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Kristian, her husband and their two children reside in Lower Township.
